Philip brings over three decades of experience in leadership effectiveness, governance, organisational design and strategic problem‑solving. His career spans senior roles in global consulting firms, board directorships, board advisory work and international governance engagements.

He has advised leadership teams across the UK, Europe, Russia and Central Asia, and collaborates with organisations such as Independent Audit Ltd on board evaluations and governance effectiveness. His work blends analytical rigour with a deep understanding of leadership dynamics, organisational behaviour and cultural change.

Philip founded Swynford Advisory to offer a boutique alternative to large consulting firms — providing clients with senior attention, practical methods and a flexible, modular approach to organisational improvement.
